Proper Nutrition Can Reduce Your Risk of Eye Diseases

Omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin A can help alleviate the symptoms of dry eye naturally. Cold water fish like salmon are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids. Carotenoids such as lutein and zeaxanthin (found in leafy green vegetables, broccoli and zucchini) have also been shown to help in the prevention of AMD.
